These lovely Florida beach communities are located between the cities of Delray Beach and Boca Raton, Highland Beach is a
residential community with a year-round population of nearly 3,200 residents. The population swells to almost 6,500 during

north of Pompano Beach. It extends from the Hillsboro Inlet to Deerfield Beach and is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the
Intracoastal Waterway. Only 900 feet at its widest point, Hillsboro Beach has only one road - State Highway A1A. The historic
Hillsboro Lighthouse, the most powerful light on the eastern seaboard, marks the northern end of the Florida Reef. Today,
these beach communities - along with the nearby upscale communities of Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge and Manalapan - are home to
some of the most beautiful houses and beachfront property along South Florida’s “Gold Coast.” Hillsboro & Highland
